Photoshop Elements Brush Size ($10). Normally I can right click when using a brush or clone tool and choose the size and shape that I want and it appears in actual size over the photo. However, I sometimes lose control of this feature and no matter what size or shape I pick using a right mouse click, all I get is a cross hair indicator over the picture. I have tried resetting the brushes and tools to their default values, but I still just get the crosshair indicator. What do I have to do to get the brush size and shape to display over the picture again? |

Check that the shift lock (caps lock) is NOT depressed. It is used to toggle between showing the round brush size on the image and showing a crosshair which is handy when doing detailed work like filling in individual pixels around lettering, for example. I'm sure you'll find this helps! |
