I want to start a private limited corporation in Toronto, Canada. The
company will mainly be involved in trading goods both locally and
overseas. We will not have any manufacturing facilites, and do not
have any plans to establish any other offices in Canada. What are the
pros and cons of an Ontario LTD. corporation vis-a-vis a federal
corporation? Is there any minimum paid up capital to be subscribed
