I am setting up a Windows 2000 box as a Internet Gateway. I am
subscribing to ADSL with download limits. I need some software that
allows me to monitor and limit the amount of Downloads/Uploads to
the internet that each computer on the network is allowed. This
software should provide me with information for each computer
detailing the amount of Downloads and Uploads that the computer has
completed in a given time frame e.g. monthly.

It would also be cool if I could limit the bandwidth of each computer
on the network to provide consistent performance for all users on the
network.
