Question ID: 159088
HOW DO I AUTOMATICALLY CONNECT MULTIPLE INCOMING PHONE CALLS TO ONE IN
PROGRESS CONFERENCE CALL? WE HAVE A CHURCH WITH A PHONE LINE THAT IS
SPECIFICALLY FOR THE HANDICAPPED OR SICK TO CALL AND LISTEN TO THE
SERVICES. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO DO THIS?

How many lines do you want to handle? Do you want a hardware solution
(purchase equipment and lease some dedicated phone lines for this
purpose) or a service solution (pay a provider to schedule the
(one-way) conference call during church services)?

There could possibly be as many as 6 to 10 people calling to listen
in. Is this possible to do with just one incoming line into the church
for this purpose? I believe purchacing some type of equipment in
order to do this would be our best option. Whatever that in the long
term would be the least expensive. Also is there anything available
that would give the option for the people listening to participate in
question and answer discussions going on during the services.
