I am looking for the a root wholesale distributer for medical jewelry.
Perferably an overseas source in China but domestic source is ok too. (I
noticed there are many  middle agents claiming to be wholesalers on the
internet.) See the links below for examples for examples of medical
jewelry i am seeking.

Some of these pieces are exclusive.  For instance, it appears that
Gwens Jewelry sources their chains from various places around in the
world, and then has them custom engraved.  These specific pieces on
the links you've provided are only available through Gwens.
 
I could provide you with names of custom engraveries, and wholesale
chain outlets that would enable you to have these pieces made.
 
Would you be interested in pursuing this kind of  avenue?
