There is a scene I remember from a film, and I want to see the whole
thing.

The scene started with the star of the film practicing Tai Chi, or
some other type of martial art, in the park.

On the bench were a couple of bums watching. After a while one of the
bums starts joining in.

Then they show the guy practicing a few days later, and about a dozen
bums are practicing with him.

It was probably a martial arts film starring someone like Van Damme
or, God help us all, Seagal.
