I read somewhere, I think in Time magazine, that one of the best ads
of the year was one by Nike called Move.

It seems that the ad didn’t air here in Australia, so I’d like to know
where I could get a copy, preferably for Quicktime for Windows.

Where can I download the Nike ad Move?

Hello Markabe.

The ad is available in Quicktime format on Nike's web site. I tested
it and the file plays for the full 90 seconds. See the link in this
press release:
http://www.nike.com/nikebiz/news/pressrelease.jhtml?year=2002&month=02&letter=d

search strategy: nike.com, site search: "move"

I hope this helps.

Juggler,

Is there a way to actually download the ad to my computer?

Markabe:

You can view the ad by clicking where it says, "Click here to view the
ad (mov, 3mb)."

If you want to save the ad, you'll need to get QuickTime Pro instead
of the free QuickTime player.

From Apple's web site:

"10 Reasons to Go Pro

3. Build a library of movies.
Save movies from websites onto your computer for playback anytime."

I got what I wanted, without having to get QuickTime Pro.

Great stuff!

I don't think any upgrade is necessary...
Try right-clicking on this link and choosing "Save Target As..."
