Dear ;

I’m posting this as a comment because I’ve learned to avoid questions
when I cannot provide a definitive answer or find contradictory
information. But regardless of what may have been said or rumored,
this apparently speaks for itself.

ENCYCLOPEDIA.COM
http://encyclopedia.com/html/J/JacksoM1i.asp
“In (August) 1993 he was charged in a civil suit with sexual abuse of
a minor, a charge he denied. The suit was settled out of court in
1994, and no criminal charges were filed.”

GLOVEDONE
http://www.geocities.com/glooved/interviews/oprahquincy.htm
“On October 15, 2001, Michael Jackson joined one of Oprah Winfrey’s
interviews by telephone. Below is a transcript from that segment of
the interview between Oprah Winfrey, Quincy Jones, and Michael
Jackson.”

“Oprah: ....OK. Quincy doesn't know this, but there is somebody on the
phone who wanted to be here today but could not. Most of the world
knows him as the King of Pop. Say hello to Michael Jackson. Michael.
Michael. So, hi, Michael.

Michael: Hi.

Oprah: Hi. Thanks for joining us.

Michael: Oh, I'm honored. I'm very honored…”

And at the conclusion of the interview:

Oprah: “Well, thank you Michael for joining us. Thanks for taking the
time to call up and say, 'Hey…”

It sure sounded very cordial to me.

I doubt that she feels poorly toward him and found no references to
such a statement. Besides, from a financial and ratings standpoint,
she’d be a fool to dismiss an opportunity to interview him these days.

Best regards;
