Why would a person prefer Thompson's Concrete Driveway Sealer over
Jasco Water Sealant II. Factors NOT to be considered are 1) Price, 2)
the fact that Thompson's is water based and Jasco is oil based, 3)
environmental concerns.
I am primarily looking for differences in performance. The answer must
be fact based and cite to some supporting authority. This information
may be used in an arbitration proceeding.
