Please tell me about an free  computer education site which covers all
the aspects of the subject starting right from the beigning to the
highest level.
Do not mention the sites like
www.intelinfo.com,www.informit.com,www.bnuniversity.com,www.freed.net
and likewise since I have gone through all of them.
The site should be providing access to all students and could be
easily accessed through INDIA.
I can afford sites providing education in the cost betwwen $50-100 per
year

Do you know anyone in the US or Canada who could mail you a CD? If so,
there is a widely known interactive CD offer that is free to US and
Canadian consumers (exclusively) that covers all aspects of basic
computer usage beginning with the most fundamental lessons.

If you know of someone in the US or Canada who can order this and then
forward it to you in the mail (I'm sorry but I am not permitted to, or
I would do it myself) and you think this is something you'd be
interested in trying, I'd be happy to tell you how to go about getting
one.
