My question was the following, What are the names of the Deputy Mayors
and the heads of Finance that  been in office since Mayor Bill Johnson
has been Major for the City of Rochester New york  this question was

I contacted Mayor Johnson's office in Rochester for this information,
and their response was this:

Deputy Mayor, Daniel Benitez, 94-'95
Deputy Mayor, Jeffrey Carlson, '95 - present
Finance Director, Vince Carfagna, prior administration to present

Further information was Deputy Mayor Daniel Benitz the first political
official
of a Hispanic background?  If so does he have any published white
papers  Was he involved in any collboration with the colleges located
in that area. Since I noticed that he was there for a short period of
time does he currently hold a political/ economic leadership position
elsewhere in the country if so where?r
In regards to Finance Director, vince Carfagna do you know if he has
any published ecomonic review trend reports, articles ? (this
individual must have  a extensive understanding of the economic
conditions for upstate New York

When I contacted the  Rochester City Hall office, I was treated rudely
and provided no answers. I will be very interested in the follow up
answers for the question clarification I just asked.
