Could you add some clarification on this question as it is somewhat
ambiguous and has at least two possible meanings.

Do you mean to ask about the social and ethical issues detailed within
email policies themselves, or do you mean to ask about the social and
ethical issues raised by email policies being in place?

Could you also add some clarification regarding the purpose of your
question? At present, your question is very open ended and could be
responded to in a number of different ways and it is possible and
quite feasible that none of the potential answers will actually
provide you with the information you require.

If you could add some information on the following, it would greatly
assist the researchers in finding the answer or information that you
require:

 - Why are you asking the question? e.g is it for a college assignment
or is it just being asked out of general curiosity/interest?

 - In what context is the question being asked? e.g. have you
encountered a situation where the social and ethical issues regarding
email policies within organisations is causing a problem for you?
