I need to know is someone I'm seeing is legally separated, still
married or single.  Where do I find this information online or can I??
 They live in
Baltimore City.

The information is not available online--some counties, for example in
Florida, have enough money in their budget to put this information
online, but most other states do not have the resources to be able to
do it.

For marriage record and divorce record information, you can call the
CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT in Baltimore at (410) 887-2607 to get the
information you seek, and the clerks there will probably look up the
information for a fee of less than $10.

Here's wat I found out for you.

KnowX.com provides a people finder search for a small price. Public
records for marital/divorce status are only available free in the
states of Florida, Nevada, and Texas. KnowX's Ultimate People Finder
service does a background check for you at a fee as well.

Other services that do the search-and-find for you (at a fee) are:
