Technology field for one city only.

Specifically: In Colorado Springs, CO, what were the average salaries
for these two positions in 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002?

Computer Programmer / Software Developer (Client / Server, Internet)
Computer Programmer / Software Programmer (Mainframe)

This doesn't answer your question, so I'm posting it as a
clarification, but it may help.

According to Payscale, the median salary for both occupations you
mentioned in Colorado state is $74500 (range of 63750-87000).
