What is the name of the song that has the lyrics "all I need is a
remedy" sung by two different people? I think this song came from the
80's era, but I could be wrong.

Hello,

I think you mean "remedy" by the Black Crowes, somewhere in the
middle, he shouts a few times "all i need is a remedy".
You can see the album it's on here:

you can listen to the track when you click on the title.

As a child of the 80s... it brought to mind "All I need is a miracle"
by Mike and the Mechanics. However, I can't think of any with exactly
that line

All I need is a miracle, all I need is you (all I need is a miracle)
All I need is a miracle, all I need is you (all I need is a miracle)
All I need is a miracle, all I need is you
