I am trying to identify the differnces between Call center operating
costs and those of 'Back Office' BPO (Business Process Outsouring)
companies. Ideally the response will include Operational costs, ratios
for supervision and management, Revenue and cost per employee.

Sorry, I am not spelling this out very well. I want to compare the
relative profitability of Back office processes,ie.e remittance
processing, data entry, customized /personalized fulfillment (too
small to commercially print) with that of an Inbound call center.
Actually I can get the call center piece of this but need the
'back-office' company cost and ratios for comparision.
Does this answer your question and clarify what I am looking for?
