child 8 years old, legal alien, parents separated, lives in my home, I
pay private school and Sylvan learning total of  apx $15 K per year. 
How can I deduct this off of my taxes.

Off the cuff, it doesn't look as if you can,  and most schemes to
transfer assets to a trust or other ways are highly suspect and not
allowed. You might try asking a Tax Pro, like Eva Rosenberg, MBA, EA,
at TaxMama.com ... http://taxmama.com/subscribe/askform.html and see
if she knows of a way.
