Dear Quang,

Thank you for using Google answers!

Here is the mailing address and phone # for the Costco corporate
offices in Issaquah, Washington. Their regional office for the
Washington area is in the same building. You’ll probably want to ask
for the sales division that handles surplus/damaged products.

UNLESS a distributor buys on a "as is basis--rare for a new goods
retailer--the distributor
COSTCO returns all defective merchandise to its suppliers as do all
retailers. All the goods
sold in the USA as new come with either a written warranty or implied
warranty
by LAW!

Therefore, it would be foolish for any retailer to sell at discount,
defective goods.

Instead, you should be contacting the MANUFACTURERS of those goods
that COSTCO
buys from! IF they do not have a repair department, they would be
glad to sell to U.
