I need information on theorists and research done on the following:

business organisational philosophy 
decision making processes within corporations 
political frameworks within corporations (centralised, de-centralised
etc)

any white papers, useful reports etc....would be fantastic.

Please don't write too much! I just need *lots* of useful links I can
critically evaluate.

I interpreted your "political frameworks within corporations" to mean
