How can I get a copy of the owner's manual for a Memorex VCR, model 16-621?

Searching the Memorex database for your model number yielded no
results.

Memorex does have a customer service form available, however:

The form asks for the model number, as well as your personal contact
information.  You'll probably want to include a detailed description
of your VCR (2 head or 4 head, approximate year of purchase) to help
them locate the manual faster for you.

Inside knowledge on this one:  The stock number you quote for that VCR
is not a Memorex number, but a Radio Shack stock number.  Although
Memorex products are sold widely, they have also been something of a
"house brand" at Radio Shack the last ten years or so.

You may wish to call your local store and order the manual, or go to
the company's website
