Hi there,

It appears that both sites are being hosted on the servers of JADE
Tech, Inc., not through a hosting company.

http://www.kandicorp.com points to IP# 66.13.125.230, which resolves
to mail.jadetek.com . The site resides on JADE Tech, Inc's mail
server.

Enter ? for additional hints on searching ARIN's WHOIS database.

http://www.i-kandi.com points to the same information.

JADE Tech Inc. is apparently run from the owner's home servers, via
Verizon DSL service.

Hope this helps!

The person who is hosting these sites is also the owner of the two
sites in question. They are in severe violation of the copyright and
trademark laws, what can be done?

Can you explain how they are in violation of copyright laws, please?

Copyright can be pretty tangly, so the more specific you are, the
easier it will be for me to help you. Are you the owner of the
infringeing material?
