What were Hewlett-Packard's senior unsecured corporate debt ratings
from 1985 to 1995, as provided by the rating agencies Moody's and
Standard & Poor's?  For example, in 1995 the ratings were Aa2
(Moody's) and AA+ (S&P).  I only need the direct, precise answer
expressed in the same terminology for the time period 1985 to 1995. 
Please do not respond with commercial paper ratings (which are more
easily tracked in past years), please do not respond with general

data requested expressed in the same terminology (i.e. for Moody's:

The following is a list of the Moody's and Standard & Poor's ratings
for Hewlett-Packard's Senior Unsecured Corporate Debt for 1985-1995:

Moody's 

1985-1990: Aa1

1991: Aa1 - on January 2, 1991 the rating was withdrawn until November
21, 1991 when the Aa1 rating was re-instated.

1992: Aa1

1993: January 1, 1993 - August 18, 1993 the rating was Aa1. On August
19, 1993 Moody's changed the rating to Aa2.

1994: Aa2

1995: Aa2 (Moody's continued to rate the Company at this level until
June 22, 2001 when they changed the rating to Aa3.)

1985-1992: AA+

1993: January 1, 1993 - October 13, 1993 the rating remained AA+. On
October 14, 1993 the rating was withdrawn until November 13, 2000 when
S&P changed the rating to AA- . Thus, from October 14, 1993 - November
12, 2000 S&P did not provide a rating for Hewlett-Packard's Senior
Unsecured Corporate Debt.
