Hi,
I can comment only for Thailand.
Local brand:35-38 baht range. International brand, such as Malboro, 55
baht.
I am not sure if international brands are locally produced or
imported, but I suspect to be local or brended and rolled rocally.
Exchange rate 42 baht=1 US $, for your reference.

Canada, British Columbia, Canadian Brands are from $6.50 to $6.95 a
pack. Cheaper if you buy a carton. Import I don't know, most of our
population in BC does not smoke anymore.Look at
http://www.smoke.free.ca/factsheets/. Only 17 percent of the BC
population smoke.

Michone:

Canada is a big place, and our ten provinces and three territories all
tax tobacco differently, so you'd need thirteen answers for Canada
alone. Here in Nova Scotia, domestic cigarettes sell for $9-$9.50 CDN
per pack of 25. That's roughly in the $6 US range.
