I know I've seen these in stores before but I can't remember the names. These cookies are often served on airlines to accompany coffee or tea. From what I can remember they are approx 1"x2.5" in a white wrapper with red embellishments. I thought it was Biscafe but nothing turns up when I search for that. They have a taste of an almost burned brown sugar or molasses flavor and are thin and crispy. What is the name? |
