Hello darrel000000,

Thank you for your question.

I searched ["colored light" +"plant growth"] to find the following for
you:

The Effect Light Color on Plant Growth

"Abstract:

The purpose of our experiment was to find out the effects of different
colors of light on the growth of radish plants. In order to do this,
we used red, purple, green, and clear plastic wrap for covering paper
cups in which radish seeds were prepared for growth. The overall
growth was recorded and although the possible errors in our data
undermine any definite conclusions, the averages of our data show that
purple plastic wrap covered seedlings demonstrated the greatest
growth, followed by green, red, clear, and no plastic wrap..."

You can read the entire results of their experiment at the link above.

"TITLE: The Effect Of Different Colored Light On Plants

STUDENT RESEARCHERS: Carolyn Auld and Dominique Theriot

I. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND HYPOTHESIS:

We wanted to find out how different colors of light effect
plant growth. The hypothesis of our project stated that
different colors of light will effect the growth of plants
differently...

...IV. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION:

Our hypothesis was accepted, different colors of light will
affect plant growth differently. Blue light enabled the plants
to grow tallest, while green light caused the least growth.
The abundance of foliage was also affected by the color of the
light that the plants were exposed to. Full color light and
blue light caused the formation of more leaves on the plants."
