Please find reviews of software that allow you to download and save
web pages. I have read of some in the past but haven't had any luck in
finding them again. I know the IE does this natively but wants
something a little more full featured.

Thanks.

Hello cheaptrinkets,

Thank you for your question. Nice to have an opportunity to answer
another of your questions.

I came across the following programs for you to consider:

eNotebook
http://www.enotebook-home.com/

"Offline Browser with Powerful Organizer and WYSIWYG Editor.
Download web pages to store in a single file for offline browsing.
Simply by selecting an IE context menu, valuable web pages,
hyperlinks, pictures and texts would be collected in an eNotebook
file. And what's more, you can catalog the web pages in tree
structured, view offline or online, and edit them with a html wysiwyg
editor. eNotebook is also a powerful information organizer and an
ebook software. By collecting and organizing separated informations
into an eNotebook file, you would publish it as an ebook...

Why use eNotebook?

Did you ever experience that many beautiful or valuable web pages
might probably be gone when you returned there after a couple of days?
The internet changes so fast, that we have to keep and manage many
useful web information in our own hard disk. Generally, you may select
"File/Save As ..." from the web browser while surfing the web, then
locate a folder, enter a filename, and click "Save" button to keep the
page. That sounds like a good idea and simple. But after a number of
web pages have been saved, you'll find it's so frustrated that you
have to face a huge number of files and sub folders gathering and
mixing, and they are usually named with very long filenames, this
makes the file system terribly heavy handed, and more, you will find
it more and more difficult to look for, browse and manage the saved
web pages... Now, eNotebook gives a great solution to manage all your
web pages..."

Sounds like just what you are looking for. And rated 5 cows at
Twocows!

But there are others, of course!
