These questions are being asked on behalf of a friend who is a florist. She is a small scale floral shop owner & custom designer. The business is 90% retail, 10% consulting (weddings, home & office seasonal decorating, corporate events, trade shows and educational classes). She would like to obtain business advice on how she could make the transition to 80% weddings & consulting and 20% retail. The shop is in a 50,000 person Canadian market- the smallest outlet among many competitors. She would like several questions questions answered. They are being posted sequentially to allow several researchers the opportunity to present responses: 2) If I can enter into a partial sublet of my shop how should I structure such an arrangement? |
