Granny Bing, you do ask some of the most interesting questions!

Apparently "Las Vegas Cocktail" is a term which refers to the
recreational use of the synthetic opiate hydrocodone (better known as
Vicodin) in combination with the muscle relaxant carisoprodol (whose
trade name is Soma).

"They call it the Las Vegas Cocktail, but you won't find it served at
hotel bars or table-side in the casinos. A potent mix of hydrocodone
and the muscle relaxer Soma gives the user a heroin-like euphoria
without needle marks. It's also one of the most popular recreational
drug combinations in the United States."

I've also found "Las Vegas Cocktail" used to describe hydrocodone
alone:

"Alcohol is the most common culprit, along with prescription sedatives
like Fentanyl or Hydrocodone, a narcotic that one criminal
investigator termed the "Las Vegas cocktail."

My search strategy included various combinations of these search
terms:

"las vegas cocktail"
"drug"
"hydrocodone"
"soma"

I hope this is the kind of information you need. If I haven't taken
the right tack here, let me know, and I'll grab my thinking cap for
another surfing expedition. ;-)

Best wishes,
