According to a rep at Westinghouse, the humidity monitoring system is
no longer made by them. The product is now made by Rosemount
Analytical, and is called the Trace Moisture Analyzer, model 340:

According to a PDF document on the product, available at
http://www.emersonprocess.com/proanalytic/products/pdf/103-340.pdf ,

"The Rosemount Analytical Model 340 Trace Moisture Analyzer is
designed to provide continuous measurement of water in gaseous streams
or dry-gas atmospheres. The unique electrolytic detector cell is
specific to water and produces a curent proportional to the
concentration of moisture present in the sample. In the absense of
moisture, no signal is generated. Because the sensor is specific to
moisture, no gas calibration is required, eliminating the need for
costly and difficult to provide calibration gases."

Full product information can be seen at the link above. In addition,
Rosemount's contact information is:

Notable competing products are made by GE Panametrics. Their Moisture
Image® Series 2: Single-Channel Analyzer might be a directly competing
product, available at
http://www.panametrics.com/div_pci/pages/products/abhumplusoxy/singlechannel.shtml

A cursory glance at this product would tell me it looks a bit more
up-to-date in appearance, with the inclusion of a LCD panel.

This is some good work, but I believe that you found the wrong
product. Westinghouse's system is somewhat similar to the FLÜS system
that Siemens manufactures.

Hi -

A rep from Westinghouse told me this. He specifically said Rosemount
now handles the manufacture of this product, which is a
moisture/humidity analyzer. It is possible he was misdirected. I
will look into it and get back to you...

Thanks,

Just so you know that someone has been looking into this,
I have...but I found little more than you did. Good luck.
