This was definitely a challenging question. Here is some information
that should help you track it down.

Ceramic Abstracts/World Ceramics Abstracts is produced by Cambridge

The Dates of Coverage are 1975 current
This will not be helpful for your search for earlier articles. If you
want to check them out, theyre available through DIALOG at any
library that offers this database.
I also found a reference to the journal at the Argonne National
Laboratory
http://www.tis.anl.gov:8001/db1/alec/cat/DDW?w=catno=55291&m=1
Their catalog indicates that volumes were issued monthly from
1922-1945 and had a change in numbering from 1946-1974 as a section of
the Journal of the American Ceramic Society. It was changed to an
independent publication with its own numbering in 1975. This is what
is available through DIALOG form Cambridge Scientific Abstracts. The
catalog entry isnt clear on whether the Argonne library has the early
journal available or not. Their contact information is:
Argonne National Laboratory
TIS-Interlibrary Access
Bldg. 203 CE-111
9700 S. Cass Ave.
Argonne, IL 60439
You can call the Interlibrary Access Office at (630) 252-4223.
Good luck on tracking this down.
