I need to build a pop up menu in Javascript/DHTML just like the new
mail notification in Outlook Web Access (OWA).  The message pops up on
the bottom right hand portion of the screen no if logged and is not
affected if the program is minimized.  It is on top, but the focus
stays on your current application.  How does M$ do this?  This is for
an internal system and not for ads, so your answer will not contribute
to that!
