I've just fixed up a large commercial mortgage for 20 years. The bank has bent over backwards because of the asset and income cover that are available. However, the bank says that fixing for 5 years is no problem but they couldn't go beyond 10 years at the outside. |

Here are two: Standard Life: http://www.standardlifebank.com/page.php?source=homepage&id_link=112 "from 6.49% (APR 6.8% variable) for 25 years" Cheshire Building Society http://www.cheshirebs.co.uk/pressrelease/2002_27.asp "Fixed Rate up to 80% LTV 5.79% (6.02% APR) Fixed Rate up to 95% LTV 5.89% (6.12% APR)" |

Hi, I don't think Standard Life are offering any 25 years deals at the moment. Leeds and Holbeck BS have one at 5.99% (6.2%) but it's not as competitive as the Cheshire deal. http://www.leeds-holbeck.co.uk/mortgages/mortrates_frm.html |
