I am trying to determine industry averages for "the average number of Calls per
subsciber' of DSL internet services to customer support or technical
support the first month (as a subscriber), month 2 and 3, and
therafter by quarter for two years (beyond if possible). The second
part of the question deals with customer 'churn' the defection rate
(seen in the DSL internet business) of customers moving from one DSL
provider to another. I would like to see this ideally monthly, but
would accept quarterly or annually.
