Hello inga and thank you for your question.
This was more difficult to answer than I thought it would be, and I
had to use my second language which is Brazillian Portuguese to answer
it.
There are several variables to consider when answering this question.
For example the age and size of the nut, where in the world the nut is
from, the soil quality in which the tree is growing to name a few.
However we can say that:
"An average coconut nut contains about 340g of kernel."
http://origin.island.lk/2000/06/27/islfetrs.html
and:
"cada 100g de carne de coco tem 589,8 calorias."
http://www.uol.com.br/bemzen/ultnot/saude/ult491u93.htm
my translation: "each 100g of coconut meat contains 589,8 calories"
Therefore the raw meat(kernel)in an average coconut contains 2005.32
calories.
Another interesting site which gives alot of nutritional information
regarding coconuts:
"The Wet meat or Kernel
The Kernel or endosperm of the matured coconut is an important food in
all the coconut growing countries. Apart from being used for culinary
purposes, the milk or cream obtained by squeezing the grated kernel
goes into preparations of commercial importance.
The chemical composition of fresh coconut meat (percentages)"

Thank you for your question and if you need any clarification of my
answer, do not hesitate to ask.
Very best regards.
