I am looking for an internet source for getting a list and information on
every owner of a 1-800 or other toll free number within a particular
city.  For example, I want to query the site/database with "give me all the
toll free numbers with their company name in anytown, usa".

At  [ www.inter800.com ], you can select a state, type in a city name
in the search box, and you will get results for that city.

The database itself seems substantial, but not necessarily
comprehensive.  Then again, a similar search for Los Angeles, CA would
max out at the display limit of 100 records (although it is possible
to increase the limit with a trick or two).

I am aware of inter800.com, but the problem I found with it is what
you said--it maxes out at 100.  I am specifically interested in
getting a *complete* list of Austin, TX companies or people that have
a toll-free number.  I'm not sure if your "tricks" would help me do
this, but what I don't want to do is have to download 100 at a time.
