I am looking at the various web conferencing applications that exist
and I’m having a hard time deciding who the clear leader is in the
area that we are specifically interested in.  We have an ERP system
and one of the ways we demonstrate the capabilities of the system is
through web conference sessions and/or through application sharing
sessions.

I am looking for information and statistics on what services/company
is the leader in this space as it relates to application sharing and
what factors/statistics attribute to making them the leaders in
application sharing.

Our concern has been that most of these web conferencing/application
sharing services are very slow as they transmit the application
sharing part over the internet and therefore the lag time really does
our ERP system a disservice in the sales cycle due to perception in
speed issues.
 
I am not looking for a list of companies that provide these services. 
I am looking for the companies that lead in the application sharing
part of this space and reasons/statistics/methodologies/processes that
make them the leaders.
