I am looking for up-to-date association directories by category
(Women's, professional, etc.) and by location - state, region and
national. The directories should include mailing addresses and contact
name, such as managing director or office manager, etc.

The first one is a fee based Directory of Associations.

- Over 35,000 associations in database
- Database updated continuously to ensure accurate data
- Import into virtually any database, lead tracker, or contact manager
software
- Includes Professional, Business, and Trade Associations, nonprofits,
clubs, user groups, charities, foundations, and other institutions.

All records in the database contain: 
- Association Name
- Accurate mailing address, city, state, zip

Most entries contain:
- Phone/Fax numbers
- Key contact and title
- URL/Email Address
- Membership statistics
- Publications and Conventions
- Non-Profit/For-Profit status
