If you would be interested in ordering the death certificate for $10,
visit the website www.vitalchek.com and click on the OHIO link and it
will take you to the official State of Ohio website for ordering.
Death certificate would give you lots of clues that could help you
find surviving family members now, such as the name of family member
who reported the death, and Nick's last known address (someone in the
family may be living there now), his wife's name, etc.

The newspaper in Youngstown, OH is called the VINDICATOR and their
website is www.vindi.com. You can call or write or contact them by
e-mail to see if they have back issues for 1942 on microfilm or in
hard copy format, but it is highly unlikely that they would.

SINCERELY
