Please only answer this if you have experience,
it is complex and I have already done preliminary
research.

Imagine I am buying a container of used goods from
someone in another country, for simplicity, let's
use Canada. Within the container are comingled
goods comprising off clothes, electronics, perfume,
books, hardware and most anything else you would
imagine could be present in a home.

I bring this 'stuff' into an FTZ, have it inventoried
already and have a price for the entire transaction.
Avoiding opinions on duties and things of that nature,
my questions are these:
1) What other 'disoposition' actions can I take with
the items in addition to the ones below:
a) Bring it into US commerce and pay duty, if required
b) Destroy it or pass to Customs due to being a banned item, or unwanted
c) Re-export it back to country of purchase
d) Re-export it to another country for sale
e) Store it inside of the FTZ to wait for future quota elimination
f) Wholesale sell it to other party out of FTZ, leave duty to them
What other options are there? Can we sell stuff to someone
at a Duty Free Shop either here or in another country?

Second question:
What are some options here other then very low
value wholesalers in the third world? ie Where
countries close to Houston can we get rid of
all the clothes OR how can we get export licenses
or find someone who has them to pass this stuff off.

Thank you, and if you need to research this, don't
bother, the answers won't be on the net. I am going
to give a $20 tip if I get a good answer. All comments
and ideas are welcome in the Comments section. This
will take a serious expert, and curious to see if
GA has one. Thank you, and we are already talking
to Customs, SMART, Commerce and understand how Rulings
are given.

Since this cannot be answered well - sometimes
people ask questions that require hours or
dedicated research by pros in the area and
it is unfair to pose these to researcher for close
to nothing. That being said, I will change it
around to make it more of a 4 dollar question
with some tip potential.

What countries could I export 'stuff', as defined
above, from a U.S. based FTZ that would not
have such high hurdles for quotas, labeling and
trademark controls and still get a decent return?
Thanks.
