Are their specific covenants, etc. you are trying to avoid? If so, stating them could help a researcher, as some things are made void by law, such as FCC regulations, etc. |

cc&R states that no tree shall be above roofline that obstructs view of house up the slope. my trees are above roofline however,so are 8 homes in my 17 home tract. In 7years, I have thinned trees to preserve view of home up thr slope however now i'm being sued as neighbor feels it'ts not good enough.Neighbor has trees above roofline and is selectively enforcing against me. Trees were above roofline when I bought house. |
