Dear garymc-ga

You specified low-level images but I have also included satellite
images as these may meet your requirement. In any event they are free
and available for an initial view. I have also included commercial
sources as a current, good quality image may not be in existence and
you may wish to hire a photographer.

The Surveyor's Office, Douglas County should be your first port of
call. The Surveyor's Office is the repository for plot maps, State and
County road right-of-way plans, aerial photographs, and other various
survey information. Copies of all filed survey maps and photos are
available to the public and are reproduced for a small fee. Email:
surveyor@co.douglas.or.us
Their web site indicates there was an aerial survey conducted of your
area and images are available for purchase. The site does not work
very well so you may have to email them. However, do try a visit to

and

The University of Oregon has a number of images in its collection -

Satellite images: Globe Explorer -Click on ‘Aerial Atlas’ (top left)
On my Internet Explorer the site did not display correctly unless I
pressed F11 on my keyboard to enlarge the viewing area (Press F11 to
return it to normal). Type in address to view sample image before
purchasing. Not very good definition on the images I looked at.

Type in location in Advanced Search section – again not very good
definition

Not tested as it requires registration - Space Imaging

These are sites with some aerial views:

Business sources with either image libraries or will carry out a
custom flight for you. I suggest you look at samples before you hire a
photographer.
