Hi, Frazier:

You do not necessarily have to be a minority supplier to do business
with Pepsico, but their stated policy is that preference is given to
minority/woman business enterprises. This policy is published in many
places, and they are not prone to bend their rules easily.

If you do not qualify as an m/wbe, your company's policies must be in
place and meet the m/wbe standards and you must prove that you have
been certified by them.

I am sure you have gone through the Pepsico website and seen their
supplier directives and requirements. That is located here:
http://www.pepsico.com/mwbe/06_01.html

And the more qualifications you can meet, the better your chance of
being able to supply your products to Pepsico.

Good luck, in today's market, they're adhering to the letter as well
as the intent of their public statements.
