I want a C++ program that can click a character or other key and it
will be able to type in another program. So for example it could type
in a word program and be able to type A through Z, Tab, Enter, Delete,
Backspace Etc.

After a bit of puzzling over the wording of your question, it occurs
to me to suggest that you might be asking how one program (to be
written by or for you in C++) can provide keyboard/console input to
another program (presumably one that you did not write and which has
no specific provision for taking character input from anyplace except
the keyboard/console.

As stated the question requires clarification. What "platform"
(operating system) are you going to implement this on? When you say
you "want a C++ program," what assistance are you requesting exactly?
In terms of the list price offered, I would think you might be looking
for some helpful discussion and a couple of links to good resources on
the Web.
