Hi, I think there are some good sources of general information on
Human Resources Management (which is what you mean by HRM, I think)
but I am wondering if you can clarify what direction you mean by the
phrase "employee resistance" so that I can narrow my approach. Thanks.

Hello abenanyamekye-ga,

I’ve started researching your question and I’d like to clarify what
direction you want to take with discussing the HRM issues listed in
your question: conflict resolution, employee relations and employee
resistance. Which of these issues is most important to you? Are you
interested in employee relations and conflict resolution as an HR
practice? Another interpretation of your question would lead to
discussions of change management and employee resistance in light of
HRM initiatives. Although these two categories may overlap sometimes,
I’d like to get further direction from you as to what set of HRM
issues you would like to explore. The more information you can share
about the context of your question, the more likely I will be able to
find information that is useful to you. I look forward to your
clarification. Thanks.
