I'm looking for the complete code for performing the following OGG-Vorbis
commenting. (http://www.xiph.org)
- Given the file name and an array of comments, the code must:
      1) Open file stream and initialize necessary OGG structures.
      2) Clear all previous comments, if any.
      3) Force comments compliance with UTF-8 standard.
      4) Write array of comments to the OGG file.
      5) Close and deconstruct all used allocations.

The code must be in C++ and suitable for Windows-based environment.
External libaries may be used (other than OGG components, which will
of course be required) so long as they are provided so I can use them.

Contact me if you have any other questions. Thank you!
Dustin

I was hoping 10$ wouldn't be too cheap for the answer. Not to try
and starve programmers out there, I just figured the task would be
little more than copying and reusing some code for the dozens of OGG
audio programs in existence.
