How much money did you plan to spend? There are indeed sites where
you can put a software project out for bids. Naturally in order to
get a program that will meet your needs, you must be able to precisely
specify what functionality is required.

You can request a C++ program be developed here on Google. (That's
what I would recommend, because they only charge 50 cents for posting
a question, instead of a commission.) Other sites exist, but they
charge a higher rate-- like rentacoder.com

Anyway, what kind of program to need? Naturally, prices vary from the
requirements of the program-- which should always be highly detailed
and as specific as possible.

http://www.rentacoder.com/

Try here, if your a programmer you can find work. If you need
software written, you can find a programmer.

Good luck, HTH.
