Specific information on someone who may have lost their license, why
and when ? It must have happen in the last 6 years. The name is
Maryanne Rust.

My wife received a Jaywalking ticket 13 years ago in Phoenix never
paid it. She obtained a license to drive later in Iowa. Upon changing
license from Iowa to Arizona she found out they still wanted their
42.00 dollar fine. It's always about the money aint it?
