In Chapter X of Henry James's "The American", he makes reference to "Princess Borealska". I can find no other reference to her. Do we know whether she was an historical figure, or merely a literary character? |

Hi charles_hewitt-ga, I have done searches on many search engines namely: Fast Google Alta vista Yahoo Hotbot Toema Overture Web Directory Alltheweb Ask Jeeves Excite AOL Anywhere etc. and I am afraid to say that she is just merely a literary character. http://www.ncteamericancollection.org/american_text_chapter10.htm Best regards. jeanwil-ga Search words 'Princess Borealska' |
