give:


Top 50 Catalog companies and their revenue 
Top 50 Retailers and their revenue 

However, I don't have a breakdown of percentages via internet and
percentages via catalog.  I am sorry if you misunderstood or if I
didn't state correctly the information I can provide.  If this is
enough, please let me know.  Here is an example:

Top 50 Catalog Companies, revenue in $million:
Dell Computer Corp.	$31,168.00 	http://www.dell.com/
International Business Machines Corp.	$7,342.9*	http://www.ibm.com/
Corporate Express North America	$4,907.70
	http://corporateexpress.com/

Top 50 Retailers:
