Hi dmerkadeau~

ASCAP ( http://www.ascap.com/licensing/about.html ) and BMI (
http://www.bmi.com/licensing/ ) are the two main sources for music
licensing; the songs you mention should be obtainable through them.

Walking on Sunshine?
You are my Sunshine?
Raindrops Keep falling on My Head?
Singing in The Rain?

Blowing In The Wind?
Let it Snow?
Thank you

Hi again~

The license rights are available through the two organizations I
linked you to in my answer. You'll have to contact them for more
specifics, as cost, etc., varies depending upon the project AND *the
organization wishing to use the music*. Simply follow the guidelines I
linked you to, and request more info.
